Warm greetings from the UOS SISS Team.

As the program is coming to an end, we would like to provide important information regarding the dormitory check-out procedure.

Please carefully review the details below and make sure to follow the instructions on your check-out day. Although this information may have already been sent to you via email by the UOS Dormitory Office, we are sharing it again here to ensure you don’t miss anything.

✅ Check-Out Deadline : By 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday, July 30 

- Late check-out is not permitted.

✅ Check-Out Procedure :

1. Clean your room and take photos

- After thoroughly cleaning your room, take at least two photos showing that your room is completely empty (with all luggage removed).

- For International House residents: Do not lock your individual room door with a key.

2. Visit the UOS Dormitory Office

- Working Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- If you are checking out outside of office hours (e.g. early check-out for the airplane schedule), please go to the Security Office instead. The check-out process will be the same.

Additionally, please inform us of your planned check-out time in advance by email.

3. Fill out the Check-Out Form/Survey

- The form is available at the Dormitory Office.

4. Show your room photos to the dormitory staff

- A staff member will review your photos to confirm the room has been properly cleaned.

- Check-out will not be permitted if you do not provide photos or if the room is not clean.

5.Return your room key

6. Check-out complete!
