Payment Procedure & Instructions

After the Application, you will be informed by email with the invoice and with how to make the payment.

SIWS offers two options for students to complete their payment.
You may pay by credit/debit card in your local currency using Flywire or make the payment via bank wire transfer through your local bank.

Flywire accepts bank transfers, credit/debit car payments, and other online payment methods.
You may complete the payment in your local currency, and check the payment progress in real-time via the Flywire website.
Bank wire transfer is also available through the Flywire system, therefore, please try the Flywire system first before you make the invoice request. If Flywire is not available in your country, please send an email to uossummer@uos.ac.kr to request a separate invoice.
Payment Period
The payment period for 2025 SIWS is from Oct 1st to Dec 31st. Please keep in mind that international transfers might take several days to be received by UOS SIWS. Payment is being checked by the date of receiving, not the date of sending. Payments that are not correctly received will result in unsuccessful registration for SIWS. Please contact us at uoswinter@uos.ac.kr timely if you experience any problems.
Refund Policy

Please be advised that all refund requests must be submitted in writing to uoswinter@uos.ac.kr entitled “Refund Request”. Refunds

  • If a student withdraws by January 25, 2026 the tuition will be refunded less any commission fees or bank transaction charges.
  • 50% of the tuition fee will be refundable for the request from January 26 to 31, 2026, before the start of the program, less any commission fees or bank transaction charges.
  • From the official start of the program, February 8, 2026, no refund will be available. A written notice of withdrawal must be made to the office before the deadline in order to receive the refund. If a student does not appear in class during the first week, the student's admission will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
