◇ Dormitory Check-in Procedure

- Between 9 AM and 6 PM

Step 1. Please visit the dormitory administration office. The office staffs will guide you through the check-in process.

Step 2. If you have applied for bedding rental, pick up your bedding in the Activity Room, located on the same floor as the administration office.

- After 6 PM

Step 1. If you arrive at the dormitory after 6 PM, you can enter through the security office.

Step 2. At the security office, you must present your passport for identification. You will then receive your room number and door lock password.

Step 3. If you have applied for bedding rental, pick up your bedding in the Activity Room, located on the same floor as the administration office.

Step 4: On the following day, you must visit the dormitory administrative office (open from 9 AM to 6 PM) to complete the formal check-in process.

◇ Dormitory Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in your dormitory room. Wi-Fi details will be provided during the formal check-in process.
